· The automation system integrates perfectly in the structure of the manual patternator and it is available in the following models:

• Automation system for vertical patternator with vertical lamellae
• Automation system for horizontal patternator

The automatic versions are already equipped with these devices, which can be integrated in the manual versions to make an automatic system. Other devices, with which the automatic system is equipped, are the FS16 or FS32 data acquisition device and the FITOSW software for gathered data management.

BVV/U Automation module to be applied to the vertical patternator with vertical lamellae in order to pass from the manual version to the automatic one.
BO1/U Automation module to be applied to a trail of the horizontal patternator in order to pass from the manual version to the automatic one.

· DATA ACQUISITION TERMINAL

Connected to the electronics of the patternator, it allows the on-line acquisition of data shown by the sensors with which the patternator is equipped.

FS16 Interfacing device able to manage 16 entries

· SOFTWARE FOR GATHERED DATA

The software package allows the processing of the data gathered from the inspection tests, relating them with the reference ones to check the appropriateness of the spraying system.

The data, which can be inserted also manually, can be obtained directly from different automatic calibration systems through proper acquisition interface.

All the informations are kept in adequate archives which can be accessed through right selections.
