Modular
system for the calibration
of sprayers, it points
out the distribution of the liquid to be
sprayed on the surface of leaves.
It is made
up of 10 catchment cells with vertical lamellae
of treated aluminum, each with a useful
area of 545 x 365 mm, and of 3300 mm high
support bars mounted on the base trail.
The lamellae are spaced 25 mm and are
outlined as to make a whirling flow between
the lamellae that make up the cell which allows
the deposit of the liquid without altering
the natural distribution of the flow.
The material,
which the lamellae are made up of, facilitate
the condensation features of the device.

To each catchment
cell corresponds a graduated container for
the gathering of liquid.
The device is mobile due to a 6 m long rail
drive, which allows the performing of measurements
in different positions extremely easily,
without having to move the agricultural
vehicle.
This machine is characterized by the fact
that it has reduced dimensions, it is made
up of light and easily detachable modules,
hence transportable.
The reading
of the gathered liquid, in the base version,
is performed through visible control on
the graduated scale of the containers.
The device
can be equipped (even subsequently) with
an automatic device to obtain the measures
which guarantee high speed and accuracy. |

System for the calibration
of sprayers, it points out the distribution
of the liquid to be sprayed on the
surface of leaves.
The device is made up
of a single board with treated aluminum
horizontal lamellae, whose dimensions
are: 2000 mm wide and 3500 mm high;
the space between lamellae varies from
25 to 35 mm. The water gathered by
the catchment lamellae is discharged
in the appropriate cylindrical containers
through a hydraulic rotation of the
board, which gives the inclination
necessary to the flow of the caught
liquid. The machine is equipped with
sensors that point out electronically
the measures, to interface with the
automatic system of data acquisition.

The patternator can
shift with 1500 mm on rails through hydraulic
engine drive.
This system has a very advanced accuracy
level, due to the frequency with which the
catchment lamellae follow one another. Ideal
for covered centers which perform also certification
tests.
