Modular system for sprayer
boom inspection and calibration,
points out the distribution of the liquid
supplied by the booms.

It is made up of trails with horizontal
plan of 1500 x 750 mm built of
treated aluminum grooves, spaced
50 mm apart one from another and
appropriately inclined as to allow
the discharge of the liquid gathered
in proper graduated containers.
Due to the use of
rails, the system is mobile, allowing
the performing of measurements
on wide-opened booms, maintaining
very reduced the dimensions of
the liquid gathering trails. The
catchment grooves are appropriately
outlined in order to avoid that
abnormal spraying, due to rebounds
of the liquid, affects the adjacent
channels.

· The horizontal
patternator has a 2250 mm wide basic configuration
(3 trails) and 12 m rails, it can be widened
by adding any number of trails (of 750
mm) and rail modules (2000 mm each).
Available in 2 versions,
the reading of the gathered liquid is
performed through a visual control on
the graduated scale of the containers
(BO3/12/M) or automatically on the processing
unit (BO3/12/A).
